New Women’s Bible Studies Begin January 10

Faithful, Abundant, and True
Ladies, join us for a buffet of spiritual nourishment from Kay Arthur, Priscilla Shirer, and Beth Moore as they each share 2 DVD lessons from the Deeper Still Live Conference: Faithful, Abundant, and True. Kay will share examples of God’s faithfulness from Hebrews and challenge believers to be faithful in difficult times. Priscilla will share on God’s abundance from Eph. 3:20-21 which is the absolute reality that God can do whatever He chooses to do. God’s ability empowers our faithfulness. Beth will share on the topic of discernment. In these difficult days it is absolutely essential that we learn to trust the Holy Spirit to enable us to determine what is true and what is false.
We will begin on January 10th by listening to the first DVD and passing out the study books. Each week after that we will have a homework assignment taking about one hour to one and a half hour to complete. We will watch a DVD every other week to supplement our homework assignments.

God of Creation by Jen Wilkin
The opening lines and chapters of Genesis teach us fundamental truths about God. We watch Him bring light after darkness, order after chaos, and rest after toil—all through the power of His Word. Over 10 sessions of verse-by-verse study, dive into the first 11 chapters of Genesis by following three critical stages of understanding: comprehension, interpretation, and application. Teaching videos are key in understanding this study. Revisit familiar stories and historical figures, challenge your basic knowledge, and discover deeper meanings in the text. As God reveals Himself through Scripture, we can only begin to understand ourselves when we first glimpse the character, attributes, and promises of our Creator.
